I´m kevin corrales. I´m a 20 years old young man. Right now I´m living in Monteria, but i´m from the best town of Cordoba, Lorica. I´m studing civil engineeiring in the Universidad Pontificia Bolivartiana. This university looks for a professional development and I like what i´m doing and I would like to be an excelent engineer. I think this university is very hard, and I like it, I take it like a challenge. But if you want to know something about my personal life I will tell you about soccer, I play soccer since I was in school, and now in the college I still doing it, i´ve done it all my life. With soccer, I have known many places like Valledupar, Medellin, Cartagena, among many other sites. I like to do another things, as go to the movies with my friends or my girlfriend, I usually go 3 or 4 times per month to the cinema. In Monteria, I go out with my classmates, and we have dinner together. But in Lorica I spend time with my family, and my old friends. I enjoy my time in Lorica, but I only go to there some weekends, or when i´m in vacations.

My mother is Armida Susana González and my father is Hector Enrique Paternina, they got a divorce when I was two years old. When I was 5 my mom met my stepfather and when I was six my brother Juan Diego was born, four years after that my sister Isabella was born. My father met my stepmother when I was ten and when I was 13 my sister Mariangel was born. I live with my mom, my stepfather, and my siblings in La Castellana.
BorrarI graduated from la Salle high school in 2015, I started studying law in the UPB in 2016, I am now in my sixth semester, I’m doing very good and more importantly, I love my career. When I’m not at university or studying I like to watch Netflix, read books, go to the movies, go to cool restaurants, go to clubs and party with my friends. When I’m on vacation I prefer to go somewhere with a beach, I like the cold too but you have more fun when it’s hot. My friends are the best part of my life, they are the family that I chose and I love being with them, making memories and growing up together.

ResponderBorrarI am FREDY JAVIER PADILLA POLO I was born in December 20 in 1999 in Monteria, Cordoba, Colombia, I studied in COLEGIO LA SALLE MONTERIA since 2002 until 2013 that was the year that I graduated, and in 2017 I start to study in UPB Monteria my career of law. Nowadays I am in forth semester of the career. All my life live in Monteria in neighborhood La Pradera until 2013 that my parents decided to moved temporally to other city that in this case was Medellin. Me and a my family live in that town for one year and then come back to our natal town Monteria, in this year that was 2013 I studied in Colegio San Jose de La Salle located in Medellin and I meet new people that until this day are people so important in my life. In 2014 I finish my secondary school and joined with my old friends and was so comfortable for my because we lost the habitual communication that we had in a moment and I notice some changed that were controversial for my life for example the dead of a neighbor that was so near to me and I do not notice because in this moment of my life I do not have a cell phone to communicate with my friends and this event was very hard to me because he was like the big brother that I never had. Well to finish my text I can say that in this moment of my life I am thinking in study another course that can be a French course or an Italian course to improve my knowing about other language and cultures and that is all of me on this moment.

My name is James Gómez, I´m 19 years old I was born in Sincelejo, Colombia, but I live in monteria since 2001, i love that city. I study law in upb university, i am in 6th semester, people usually say law is an easy career, i think it is false, because you have to read a lot of and sometimes you can´t sleep, because you need to memorize many concepts, proceiments and learn how to interpretate laws. I always suggest if you want to study law, you must feel passion.
I´d really like animals, I have 2 dogs and a cat, when i´m free I usually wacth animals videos in youtube.
I am a social person, i know many people, but is hard for me to trust in everybody, fot tha reason I think i have just 6 or 8 close Friends. I love so much my Friends, they are very important in my life, on weekends we always go out, we don´t need so much money, we can go to eat bread or go to kraken bar.
I hate stay still, i prefer work!! When i´m in home without any plan or homework I being to be crazy, when i´m boring, i always go to the gym or go to play soccer with my Friends

Now, I studying business in the upb in Monteria since 2016, I really like my career, I enjoy the classes with my partners, in this university I meet an especial peoples, for example, Juan David and Nicolas. I graduated in La Salle school, it was the best years of my life, I stayed here since pre-garden, I graduated with honors, when I was a child I started to practice soccer in the school, I the school I met a person who saw a potential in my, then he invited me to practice in official soccer school in tacasuan, it was in 2005. One on my favorites jobbies it’s to go to the church, I love this place, in this place I found peace, I found friends who support me through everything, I am the oldest of 3 brothers, my second brother, Jose, lives in Medellin since 2017, he studies environmental engineering in the national university, he is the most intelligent of the family, he earned a scholarship with his university for having the best average. Juan it is my other brother, I share a lot with him. I enjoy seeing I Carly and Netflix with him.

I study social comunication and journalist at the UPB Montería. Rigth now, i’m not working, because i think that for all, there’s time, and now my time it’s for study.
I think that i’m a cool girl, i like so much be with my friends, spend time laughing and tell funny stories about dumb stuff that we made or something like that. Something curious about me is that i prefer to have friendships with boys; I don’t know i think the boys are more honest and truly when is about friendship.
Another thing that really like to do is listen to music and dance. I’m always in that.
I love my family so much, my family is everything to me, they are such a good company, you can count with them anytime.
I’m a girl who’s always trying to be a good person, i don’t like the selfishness and lies, so when i going to be surrounded by persons like that, i’m just get away from there, i don’t care if i’m going to be alone, i prefer to be alone than being a bad person.

But, really my passion is the performance on cinema and tv, I like it because when I practice acting I feel relaxed, free, happy and safe. Is really a dream that I want to achieve.
I love live, I love my family , I have 1 brother, he has 8 years old and is my motor, is a nice person, tender, lovely, he is my bestfriend, and my best partner. Hi everyone, my name is Maria Josè I was born on December 17 in 1996 I have a big family, I have two sisters and one brother, I have always lived here in Monteria, now I’m finished my career and I have plans to move on to other city, because I want work helping people and knowing the culture around all country.
ResponderBorrarBut is difficult move on. Because you have to start from scratch and without you family and friends and I’m not used.
I like this city, in Monteria you can go to any side very quickly and it’s like you know everybody, the people here is friendly, persistent, and you can find help everywhere, other cities don’t have that. But not all is bad, knowing other cultures in your country is very interesting and is a benefit of Colombia, accompanied with beautiful views and unimaginable spaces, is like a travel that you enjoy and you can help much people.
Finally I recommend to idealize our goals and not stop working on them, even when you find many obstacles because you will always get an unparalleled satisfaction in achieving them.

When I was a child, I start my school in cereté and later I go to Monteria and study in gimnasio el recreo but in six grade I going to La Salle and study here.
Too when I was a child I played baseball and I go to the Dominican Republic to represent Colombia I a tournament and I really enjoy this experience.
I'm working in the environmental corporation of Cordoba called CVS or ¨corporation of the valleys of sinu and san jorge¨ and in my work, I study the laws corresponding to the environment.
In my free time, I like to play the accordion, guitar, and sing. I'm studying law and I hope to finish my university in March of 2019. When I have finished I will go to other universities to take a magister in one of the areas of the law.
I like listening to music like popular music and vallenato, my favorites singers are martin Elias that he died one year ago and for popular or Mexican music Cristian nodal.

In the actuality I´m study law in UPB- Monteria, I am stay in six semester. I really like my career but I don´t like wake up all the week at 5 am because in occasions I sleep late doing homework and chatting with my best friend. In Monteria, I live with my parents and my sisters; we live in a medium house. My sister Dailin is a journalist, my other sister is in fifth grade, my mother work in Aguas De Cordoba, and my father is a police officer. About me: I am a patient person, responsible and collaborative; I like dance and laugh. On weekends, I like to share with my family, go out with my friends and specially sleep a lot. I believe in God because he loves me and has shown me.
Colombia is a beautiful country, the people are very friendly and honest; here our official language is Spanish. In the actuality in Colombia, we have problems with the justice because the people don´t believe in the judges. Although we have, problems in my country I still believe that I live in a country were the people are happy.

In my family we are five my dad, my mom, my brothers who are 2 and me. I have lived all the time here in monteria, I finished my school in the Gimnacio el campestre.
My hobbies are riding, kiting, doing half marathons, going hunting, but my favorite is to practice boxing. When I do one of these activities I feel good about myself and free. It's like my part of relaxation of the day and no more to play with my dogs that I have 6 in my house.
When I finished college I want to spend some time working with my dad and doing a specialization in finance for my future business and know how to make a good decisión.
I think I am a happy person, very active, happy, sometimes I am very close with people I do not know very well. although I like to connect people and learn from their lives. I believe that I am competitive more in sports than in studies I always seek to improve the things I do to be better, I like to be updated of the things that happen in the world and always help in what else I can do so that whoever needs help feel good and move on. Right now, I´m studying social communication at the UPB, I´m twenty years old and I hope to graduate soon.
I really like that I do. I´d like to job in a important company, but I know that would be a sacrifice because, I love my country, but I´ll probably try to find job abroad.
My family does not live with me because they work there, in Chocó. I have a sister, she lives with me here, she studies Business Administration and she´s very enthusiastic.
Going back to my career, I would like to be a reporter, tell stories, tell the reality.
In my house they did not want me to study this, because it did not attract their attention.

ResponderBorrarI’m Angie, I´m 20 years old and I live on the outskirts of Montería. I study Social communication and journalism at the UPB, so my house is very near to the university. I often go to it by car or bus but sometimes I go to by bicycle, I really enjoy it.
I like to read opinion columns and every Saturday morning I read a column by Adolfo Zableh in Eltiempo.com, he inspired me to start my own blog, I’ll probably do it.
I read books also, I’m reading a well-known book by Hector Abad Faciolince, called “El olvido que seremos”, and I’ve found it very interesting. I’ve already read a book by him so I decided to read that.
I really enjoy Netflix, but I prefer movies than series because I don’t have enough time to spend watching a serie. When I’m on vacations, I watch 1 or 2 short of that.
About me, I consider myself a very funny and kind person. I try to be helpful for the people, so if you need someone to talk, I’m here.
For the future, I hope to have my own company with an amazing work team and offer my services to other companies. I’m working on that and I hope to fulfill that dream.

ResponderBorrarI´m Claudia Padilla. I’m a 20-year-old Colombian female. I was born on February 12, 1998. Right now, I´m living in Monteria, but I´m originally from Rovira, a small town in Tolima, my parents and most of my family are from there. I ended up moving out all the way to Monteria because of my father’s job, he used to be a police officer, but now he is working as a security chief in a company named Homecenter. I also live with my brother, who is a 13-year-old studying in high school, and my sister, she´s 24 years old and recently graduated from medicine.
I am studying psychology in Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana; I enrolled in the university in 2015 after I graduated in 2014 from La Salle school. Since I started studying at university, I have reached excellent academic results. Thanks to my good grades, I´ve gotten a one-semester scholarship. I also participate in the university’s choir and social investigation group. Being part of these activities have given me the opportunity to travel around the country; so far, I have been to Medellin, Tunja, Barranquilla, and Pasto.
The activities I enjoy the most are singing in the university’s choir, watching movies and series on Netflix, reading books and hanging out with my friends.

I am an emotional person i love hepl the other people, i am cheerful, I do not like bitter people and with bad energy, i tried to take them away from me. Currently, i live with my parents and one of my sisters, the other one is married and has two kids, they are girls, Antonia and Emilia they are Five and seven years old.
I studying low at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in the eighth semester, i really love my career, and i dream of having a job in some high court. About my personal life, I do not usually spend much time with the family but I like hanging with my nieces. In my free time i like read or sleep, i never practice the second language. I not used to do any sport, but when i was a child i practiced basketball and swimming in the school, now sometimes i go swimming but I would like to go every day, because do some sport is very important to have a healthy life.

I like my career, because is the most beautiful profession in the world. With this career, I can to service to my community. Also, I like to write, read and talk with a lot of people, these characteristics, help me with the career.
I study in UPB, a catholic university in the Montería city. I like this university because it is very quiet and I have been able to learn the necessary to be an excellent professional.
Actually I’m learning English, in my university it is a requirement to take a grade, but for me, it represents an opportunity to expand my resume and have more possibilities of having a job.
I recognize that it has been a bit complicated to learn this new language, but in reality it is very important.
Also, I like to go for walks in places that have many green areas, because I consider it necessary to have spaces of peace and tranquility in the middle of work or study. This helps your brain.

ResponderBorrarI´m Gina, I´m a 19-year-old Colombian girl. I was born in Monteria, but I´ve lived in Cerete, the white gold capital, all my life. I´m a 3rd year law student in The Upb university. I didn´t know what to study, but I started this career because I think is a good way to get some of the things that I want in my life, like help to people for example. The official language in my country is the Spanish, but since we are childs in our schools the english is a subject that we must to learn. So in this university, if you want to graduate you have to pass 10 english levels, right now i´m in the 9th, I´m almost finishing, I guess.
About my personal life I can tell a couple things, I try to enjoy all the moments in my life, as in good as in bad moments, because that is the life about, try to continue and keep strong when bad things happen. I´m always with a smile in my face, and I hope my smile could make another people smile.
I spend time with my family, I like to do many things, watch tv, go to the movies, go out with friends, and I really love sing and listen to music, the music is a very important thing in my life, I don´t know how or why, but it can makes me feel all the emotions through songs.

ResponderBorrarI´m Camila Zuluaga. I am 20 years old and I am living in Monteria. About me, my favorite singer are the group: Ha*Ash, and really I would like to know them. I´m also learning English but my official language is Spanish, but I have friends of different countries. And like I said, I love my family, and my family is formed by my parents and my 2 sisters and also I have a little pet, its name is Peluchín.
Actually, I study social communication in the UPB, I really like my career, because I think that it is the best of the world so I can speak easily to the public, also I can make professional videos and I can write stories or write news for a newspaper, I really like this, but I admit I don´t like so when the alarm clock´s ringing at 4 a.m. and I have to go to university.
When I was a child, I want to be a student lawyer or a sing but this career erased those thoughts from my head and the journalist filled my expectations and I´ll probably try and find a job in the city of Bogotá because in this place live my best friend.

As I said before, I´m currently living in Monteria that is located in the department of Cordoba in a neighborhood that is located on the left bank of the Sinu River. I´m studying economics and business administration at the Pontifical Bolivarian University sectional Monteria. I´m studying my last semesters to graduate in the following year. ResponderBorrarMy name is Gabriel Díaz, a 22 years old Journalism student. I was born on March 4th 1997 in Sincelejo, Colombia. I'm a male 8th semester student at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Montería, where I've been living, at least five days per week, for the past 4 years. My parents and my sister still live in Sincelejo, and I try to visit them every weekend. My mom is a teacher in Universidad de Sucre, in spite of her proffessional career as a phonoaudiologist. About my career expectations, I would like to work as a sports journalist in Buenos Aires, where these kinds of job opportunities are more often to occur. But until the, I've been working as a panelist in the Frecuencia Bolivariana's sports show Tercer Tiempo Deportes, a project which was born almost 3 years ago and where 4 or 5 sports lovers debate, analyse or comment about the best national and international sports news and information.
